    2. That By-law 2023-109, a by-law to delegate authority to the Assessment Review Board to exercise certain powers and functions of Council pursuant to Section 357(1)(d.1) of the Municipal Act, 2001 be passed.

    2. That By-law 2023-106, a by-law to amend Administrative Penalties for Non-Parking Violations and Orders By-law 2021-038 and Lot Maintenance By-law 2023-075, attached as Appendix C to the report from Municipal Enforcement Services dated August 1, 2023 be passed.
    3. That budgetary requirements to enforce By-law 2023-105 be referred to the 2024 Budget process for consideration.

      • Widening of the 403 between Oakville and Mississauga.

Councillor Knoll advised that he would like to bring forward a resolution in the near future regarding the high rates of auto theft in the GTHA.

Councillor McNeice acknowledged the closing of Heaney's Barbershop in Bronte Village after 67 years of service in Oakville.

    That staff be requested to report back on how current and future rainwater studies will address the Council direction of July 11th, which requires that green infrastructure be preferred and how public consultation will be incorporated.

A by-law to amend Parks By-law 2013-013 respecting the regulation of kite flying and to prohibit the use of kite string made of hazardous materials (re: Item 10.2) Not passed.

A by-law to prohibit kite fighting on private property and public property (re: Item 10.2)

A by-law to amend Administrative Penalties for Non-Parking Violations and Orders By-law 2021-038 and to amend Lot Maintenance By-law 2023-075 (re: Item 10.2)

A by-law to delegate authority to the Assessment Review Board to exercise certain powers and functions of Council pursuant to Section 357(1)(d.1) of the Municipal Act, 2001 (re: Item 8.3)
