The Town of Oakville Council met in regular session this 21st day of November, 2022 in the Council Chamber of the Oakville Municipal Building, 1225 Trafalgar Road, Oakville commencing at 6:30 p.m.

The Town Clerk welcomed the attendees to the meeting and presided as Master of Ceremonies for the initial part of the meeting addressing the inaugural program as follows:

Councillor Haslett-Theall offered congratulations to Councillor Duddeck on a successful Santa Claus Parade event and congratulations to the Downtown BIA on the launch of ‘Hometown Holiday’.

Councillor Duddeck thanked the Santa Claus parade committee, Council and staff for their work with the Santa Claus Parade. 

Councillor Knoll offered congratulations to new Councillors McNeice, Nanda and Xie and gave thanks to outgoing Councillors Parmar, Robertson and Sandhu.

Councillor Knoll offered condolences to the family of Carole Crow, retired Deputy Chief for Halton Regional Police Service after her passing on November 19, 2022.
