public consultation for the proposed development, and responded to questions advising
of the residential density for the site which is intended to encourage growth in
the downtown area, parking reductions and space area, number of units per
floor, HVAC and mechanical penthouse, building height, and suggesting that a legal
opinion be obtained with respect to the ability to merge two units into one
unit as this may require an amendment to the condo declaration.

have an idea as to how this one will fit;
d) review automobile parking space dimensions and the total number
of bicycle parking spaces;
e) overall height, specifically with respect to adding on to the mechanical
penthouse;
f)
consideration for community benefits for the
bonusing;
g) LEED certification; and
h) construction coordination with downtown work.

Sixteen School, located at 2477 Fourth Line, as identified in Appendix A to
