respect to the Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft
Plan of Subdivision by Digram Developments Oakville Inc., File No.:
OPA1316.08. Z.1316.08, 24T-20003/1316, be received.

That analysis
of the following matters of interest to Council be included as part of the
recommendation report:

a)
How will visitor parking for townhouses be
handled with respect to the number of parking spaces, location, and adequacy
of these spaces?
b)
Consider the other examples where the density
increases have been approved in North Oakville and on what basis.
c)
Further explanation of the Finance section
regarding growth pays for growth.
d)
Has there been any discussion regarding
affordable housing from a Regional perspective?
e)
Concerns regarding the reduction in the number
of bedrooms. Provide a rational in the recommendation report.
f)
How will pedestrian and cycling access be
provided through block 27 if the cul-de-sac access remains as proposed?
g)
Consider any reductions in parking spaces
sizes with respect to the townhouses and garage requirements.
h)
What will the frontage be on specific lots
within the development?
i)
What can be done to ensure that transit is
viable within this development?
j)
Will Sixth Line have a bike lane in its
ultimate design?
k)
What neighbourhood amenities will be part of
the development of block 27? How will the vision of a neighbourhood square
be implemented through this proposal?
l)
Has the development maintained the appropriate
green space ratio given the change requested in the increased density on
block 27?
m) Ensure allocation for the development.

The meeting recessed at 7:45 p.m. and reconvened at 7:50

That the Director of Planning Services
be authorized to grant draft plan approval to the revised Draft Plan of
Subdivision (24T-17007/1319) submitted by Korsiak Urban Planning dated
April 30, 2019, subject to the conditions contained in Appendix A of the
staff report prepared by Planning Services Department dated June 3, 2020.

That once revised 24T-17007/1319 has
been draft approved by the Director of Planning Services, the Town enter
into a Subdivision Agreement to the satisfaction of the CAO and Town
Solicitor, or designates.

3.
|
That the Subdivision Agreement be
executed in accordance with By-law 2013-057.
|
|
4.
|
That notice of Council’s decision
reflects that Council has fully considered all the written and oral
submissions relating to this matter and that those comments have been
appropriately addressed.

That the report and
recommendations of the Committee of the Whole be approved.

Councillor Knoll congratulated the people
of North Oakville for their overwhelming support with the 12th Annual Oakville
Food Drive, with a special thanks to Councillor Sandhu and the volunteers who
participated in the event.
