HEARING STATEMENT
If a person or public body
does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submission
to the Town of Oakville in respect of a proposed Official Plan Amendment,
Zoning By-law Amendment and/or Plan of Subdivision or Condominium, the person
or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of Town Council to the
Ontario Municipal Board; and may not be added as a party to the hearing of an
appeal before the Ontario Municipal Board unless, in the opinion of the Board,
there are reasonable grounds to do so.

That the following
recommendations pertaining to Items 6a and 6b of the Heritage Oakville Advisory
Committee minutes from its meeting on
June 24, 2014 be
approved and the remainder of the minutes be received:
1.

That Heritage Permit Application
HP021/14-42.20T for alterations to the house at 295 Trafalgar Road, as
attached in Appendix B to the report dated June 11, 2014 from Planning
Services, be approved subject to final details on the new garage door being
submitted to Heritage Planning staff for final approval; and

2.

That this heritage permit expire two
years from the date of final approval by Council.

That Heritage Permit Application
HP022/14-42.20K for the construction of a new addition and open breezeway
on the garage at 250 King Street, as attached in Appendix B to the report
dated June 11, 2014 from Planning Services, be approved subject to final
details on the doors and windows being submitted to Heritage Planning staff
for approval; and

That this heritage permit expire two
years from the date of final approval by Council.
