Reserves and Reserve Funds Outlook

• Recommendation:

  That the staff report dated October 10, 2023, entitled Reserves and Reserve Funds Outlook from the Finance department, be received.

2024 Rates and Fees

• Recommendation:
  1. That the rates and fees established in the rates and fees schedule attached as Appendix A to the October 10, 2023 report from the Finance Department be reviewed for implementation on January 1, 2024.
  2. That amendments to existing by-laws containing fees be presented directly to Council for approval as required.

  That the 2023 State of Infrastructure Report from the Asset Management Department be received

2024 Operating and Capital Budget Presentations

• Recommendation:
