That the overall Neighbourhood Traffic Safety Program and implementation plan be approved, specifically: Approval of the implementation plan contained in this report for the 40km/h speed limit including changing the town wide default speed limit from 50km/h to 40km/h. Approval of the proposed definition of a Community Safety Zone. That a Community Safety Zone be designated on Glenashton Road between Grand Boulevard and Eighth Line and that the speed limit on this section of Glenashton Road be reduced to 40 km/h. Approval of the implementation plan contained in this report for the Automated Speed Enforcement program including 7 mobile cameras in conjunction with the Provincial Administrative Monetary Penalties System (AMPS).
