this 1st day of December, 2014 in the Council Chamber of the
Oakville Municipal Building, 1225 Trafalgar Road, Oakville commencing at 7:00
p.m.

The Town Clerk welcomed the
attendees to the meeting and presided as Master of Ceremonies for the initial
part of the meeting addressing the inaugural program as follows:

Congratulatory
Councillor Damoff, on behalf of Councillor
Duddeck and herself, extended good wishes and success to Oakville resident Madhu
Nagaraja, in his attempt to become the 22nd person to successfully swim
the Strait of Magellan in South Chile late January 2015.
Councillor Damoff thanked and congratulated
town staff, volunteers, participants, sponsors and the public for their involvement
in this year’s Santa Claus Parade in Oakville. She acknowledged staff liaison
Jamie Angus from the Recreation and Culture department for his effort in
organizing the parade.
Mayor Burton, on behalf of Council,
extended thanks and appreciation to Councillor Damoff for her outstanding
conduct of the Santa Claus Parade.
