Due
to precautions being taken due to the COVID-19 emergency, this meeting is being
held by videoconference.
Members
of the public are not permitted to attend town hall.

DELEGATIONS
Should you wish to
speak at this meeting to address an item on the agenda, you must
register with the Clerk’s department by noon on the last business day before
the day of the by calling 905-815-6015 or by email - [email protected].
Delegations shall be
permitted to speak for a maximum of ten minutes per agenda item. Should you have any handouts, 20 copies
are required if you would like them distributed to the members during your
presentation, or you may provide a copy to the Clerk which will be scanned and
forwarded to the members after the meeting. Also, should you wish to use a
PowerPoint presentation, please forward it to the Clerk’s department at [email protected] by noon the day of
the meeting.
CONDUCT AT MEETING
In accordance with
Council’s Procedure By-law, attendees at a meeting shall maintain order and
quiet and shall not display signs or placards, applaud, heckle or engage in
telephone or other conversation, or any behaviour which may be considered
disruptive, inconsiderate, disrespectful or intimidating to others.
