That the capital project listing set out in Chapter 4 of the Community Benefits Charge Strategy dated August 5, 2022, subject to further annual review during the capital budget process, be approved. That a reserve fund be set up which will contain all Community Benefits Charge monies collected. That the Community Benefits Charge Strategy dated August 5, 2022 be approved. That Community Benefits Charge Policy F-FPC-008 be approved, and related Community Benefits Charge Procedure F-FPC-008-001 be received. That Council determine that no further public consultation is required. That By-law 2022-089, a by-law to adopt OPA No. 51 amendment to the Livable Oakville Plan, be passed. That the Comprehensive Development Plan, appended to this report from Planning Services as Appendix ‘B’, be approved. That the Urban Design Brief dated August 2022, appended to this report from Planning Services as Appendix ‘I’, be endorsed, and that the proposed development be designed in accordance with the design requirements in the approved Urban Design Brief.
