  • Recommendation:
    1. That the report from Municipal Enforcement Services, titled Bronte Paid Parking Pilot Program, dated November 2, 2021 be received;
    2. That the pilot commercial parking program in the Bronte Village continue; and
    3. That staff report to Council in the first quarter 2023 on the Bronte Village commercial parking pilot program outcomes and next steps.

    That the verbal update from the CAO be received.

  • Recommendation:
    1. That the report from Municipal Enforcement Services, dated November 2, 2021, titled “Sign by-law – Sign face area review, By-law 2021-141”, be received for information; and,

       

    2. That By-law 2021-141 a by-law to amend By-law 2018-153 attached as Appendix A to the report from the Municipal Enforcement Services Department dated November 2, 2021 be passed.
  • Recommendation:
    1. That the Sheldon Creek Flood Mitigation Opportunities Municipal Class Environmental Assessment Study Report and the preferred alternatives to reduce flood risk for properties located within the Sheldon Creek watershed as outlined in the staff report from the Transportation and Engineering Department dated November 2, 2021 be received.
    2. That the Notice of Completion for the Sheldon Creek Flood Mitigation Opportunities Municipal Class Environmental Assessment Study be published, commencing the mandatory 30-day public review period of November 17, 2021 to December 17, 2021.
  • Recommendation:

    That the Audit Planning Report prepared by KPMG for the 2021 fiscal year be received.

  • Recommendation:
    1. That staff be authorized to complete the sale of the future residential subdivision lands identified as Parts 3, 8 and 9 on Plan 20R-21190 (the “Subdivision Lands”), being part of the former Oakville Trafalgar Hospital site on the terms set out in the Confidential report from the Legal Department dated November 2, 2021 titled “Confidential Former Hospital Lands RFP for sale of the residential lands – November 15, 2021”.

    2. That the sale agreement to sell the Subdivision Lands be executed in accordance with By-law 2013-057 on terms satisfactory to the Town Solicitor, and the Town Solicitor be authorized to execute all other related documentation required to complete the sale of the Subdivision Lands.
