PUBLIC HEARING STATEMENT

 

If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to Council on a proposed Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and/or Plan of Subdivision or Condominium, before a decision is made, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of Oakville Council to the Ontario Municipal Board; and may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Municipal Board unless, in the opinion of the Board, there are reasonable grounds to do so.

b.

That the heritage easement agreement be executed in accordance with By-law 2013-057; and

 

2.

  i.    stepping back the new structure behind the relocated heritage building and existing heritage building at 134 Thomas Street;

 ii.    massing concerns of the proposed development on the Thomas Street streetscape; and
