and Construction Department, dated November 7, 2013, be approved.

Engineering and Construction department, dated November 25, 2013, be
approved and incorporated into the 2014 rates and fees schedule.

That the report from the Environmental
Policy Department, dated November 15, 2013, regarding the Oakville State of
the Environment (SOER) 2013 Annual Report, be received;

That prior to finalization the
Director, Environmental Policy, be authorized to make minor edits to the
Oakville SOER 2013 that do not substantially affect the substance of the
report.

That the update report addressing the
Emerald Ash Borer from the Parks and Open Space Department, dated November
20, 2013, be received; and
|
|

2.
|
That the Memorandum of Understanding
with the Eastern Ontario Model Forest be updated to include all woodland
park properties in the Town and executed in accordance with By-law
2013-057.
