1.	That consideration of the revised application submitted by 320 Bronte Road Inc. as described in the letter from Glen Schnarr & Associates Inc. dated September 23, 2019, and attached as Appendix A, be deferred.

2.	That staff be directed to report back to Council at a future Planning and Development Council meeting in the first quarter of 2020.

3.	That the recommendation report dated August 19, 2019, presented at the September 9, 2019, Planning and Development Council meeting and attached as Appendix D, be received.
