SP.1705.008/01 - Private Residence - New Two-Storey Single Detached Dwelling 2088 Lakeshore Road East - Report from Planning Services Department, May 30, 2019 Moved by Councillor Haslett-Theall That the application by Ferris Rafauli Architectural Design Build Group on behalf of Hong Zeng (SP.1705.008/01) to construct a two-storey detached dwelling and attached garages be approved, subject to the conditions contained in Appendix A of the report dated May 30, 2019, from the Planning Services Department.
