That By-law 2014-013, a by-law to adopt
Official Plan Amendment Number 4 to the Livable Oakville Plan, be passed.

That pursuant to subsection 34(17) of
the Planning Act, no further notice is determined to be necessary
for the changes made to proposed By‑law 2014‑014;

2.
|
That the Town of Oakville Comprehensive
Zoning By-law 2014-014 be passed, as revised;
|
|
3.
|
That Council authorize the Director of
Building Services to waive minor variance application fees where a second
application is necessary to obtain the same relief under both Zoning By-law
1984-63 and Zoning By-law 2014‑014;
|
|
4.
|
That the work of the inZone
Subcommittee be deemed complete and that the subcommittee be sunsetted; and
|
|
5.
|
That By-law 2014-030, a by-law to
clarify zoning references in other by‑laws as a result of the 2014
Zoning By-law, be passed.
